hello,
i would like to pay, the $25 to be a premium member but i can not pay, there is some error on the process, because i used wrong paypal account.
i tried both $25 and $30 plans, but with no luck!
can you reset or delete, the invoices associated to my account? i will try again after that.

Hi , Not sure if this is where I can post this but I've been having some trouble downloading any books from the Dropapk site.It shows the blue arrow beside the link and it prompts me for my Premium user name and password to log in. It logs in but then stays on a blank square box... Help??

Your subscription went through and you can already start using the Premium Downloader, no need to delete anything. If you need any help please PM me.

What device does this happen on? If its an Apple device and its an .epub file that you're trying to download it's possible that the file is being opened in that little downloader window and the blank white space you're seeing is the upper left-hand corner of the book's cover.

If it's any help, this is par for the course with them. I use a desktop PC. The blank gray square is just a countdown. It *will* download, but it takes 10-20 seconds before it starts.

Your premium service is bugged, I`ve bought it twice now, because I didn`t feel like dealing with the fuss, however, I still can`t use premium links. My account is even listed as premium right below my account name.

The only known way to bug a Premium account is to request and activate a trial account while already having an active (purchased) subscription. If that happens a user can PM me and I will fix it. In my many years of running the Premium service I have never seen a bugged account beyond the scenario I described above. If you're having an issue, PM me, and I will do my best to resolve it or provide you with a refund.

I got this from a Rapidgator link using the premium downloader.

"You have reached quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At the moment, the quota is 6 TB per 180 day(s)"

Any idea when the next 180 day cycle starts?

Why am I getting this message -- I find it hard to believe I have downloaded 6 TB of data over any number of days/months I have had a Premium Membership, let alone just 180 days! Evidently I am doing something very wrong... I just renewed my premium membership 6/19/2019.

Message:

"You have reached the quota of downloaded information for premium accounts. At this moment, the quota is 6TB for 180 days."

Please enlighten me..
