I'll report back if it improves.

EDIT: (One hour later) the speed is still not up to par. Will check back tomorrow.

It must have either been temporary or bad routing to your end, I just tested and the Premium Downloader's server downloaded the file at 73mb/s and then I downloaded it from the server at 13.4mb/s.

You can ask the person who posted it to reupload by sending him/her a private message.

I'm reluctant to do this because it isn't a great way to keep goodwill. I asked politely once and got a snarky comment with "I only upload if all links are dead". This is so frustrating for people (like me) that won't risk the malware that comes from some sites.
Some uploaders seem to "lose" the premium link on a lot of their uploads within a week or so of putting them up. Getting a message that a file has been deleted or expired a week after the post here is maddening.

If I wanted to only use the non Premium links with the Pornographic and other insane Pop-ups, I'd not bother paying for Premium. Avoiding this, and not having to worry about viruses etc, is the MAIN reason I Subscribed. It's an ordeal very often to download a book I want, successfully. Snarky responses to polite 're-upload' requests aren't what I expected either. This'll be my last year as a Subscriber. I give in.

There is something going on with the premium downloader lately. When downloading today, an mp3 was going to take over 3 hours to download. After waiting and waiting and waiting with little or no improvement, I decided to try the regular download, as much as I hate all the crap and warnings. It took about 5 minutes. I have never had so much trouble with the premium downloader.

I understand your frustration but this is something very difficult to resolve. I think Merry summed it up best in this post: viewtopic.php?p=6879026#6879026 . Your requests to reupload may be polite, but when a user gets 300 of them a day, with a portion of the requests being for a topic whose links actually still work, politeness may take a backseat. Short of requiring releasers to make less topics per day so that they have an easier time dealing with reupload requests, or having rules for decorum, there's not much that we can do. We already have a rule that requires releasers to reupload if all links in a topic are dead.

Looking into it. I suspect it's a routing issue that only affects some people, I'll be experimenting with how Cloudflare affects the speeds later today/tomorrow.

Same here. Thought it was just me until I saw these comments. Each app takes nearly half an hour or sometimes even more to download. Even apps of only like 10mb take 25-30 mins minimum

Premium Downloader subscriptions are applied automatically and immediately, so you can already use your Premium Downloader account. The username is the same as your forum username and the password is the same password it was during your trial account (until you change it).

What is the filetype? Are you on Android 10, using the Mobilism App and getting .mobi? If yes, it`s a known issue with Android 10 and the app that is being worked on. Rename the file to .apk and it will install.
yes I`m android 10 thanks so much for the tip appreciate it

Mobilism Premium is fantastic I have been using it for a few years now, and I find it brilliant from software to games to books it has something for everyone and I love the fact that all the content is monitored, so I have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone !

@technicalx and Anonyma'am: I have switched our setup so that the Premium Downloader goes through Cloudflare. However, I'm not sure this will resolve it for you; as far as I can tell this is a routing issue that only affects some users at certain times, and routing is not something that we can control. If you run into slow speeds again please go to your command prompt, type in 'tracert mblservices.org' (without the ' ' ), hit enter, wait for the tracert to finish, and send the result via PM to me.

Today the blue arrows have disappeared from my primary browser. I've double checked that I have not made any changes in the browser - javscript etc, and cookies and storage. The browser is Opera Legacy, very old, but still the best browser I have ever used from the user control aspect. But every year I loose some aspect of browsing due to code issues - i.e. just recently I can no longer use DuckDuckGo (with regards to security protocols).
Arrows do show in the newest Palemoon.
So my question is, was there any change in the last day or 2 on your end? Or has the final nail been put in the coffin of my Opera Legacy usage.

Otherwise, just loving Premium and recommend it highly to all.
