Is there something wrong with the Direct Download today?
I'm getting absolutely pathetic speeds...3 hours to download a magazine when I'm on a gigabit connection.

Where are your servers located?
Probably my ISP as suggested. I'm in New Zealand. Using Australian VPN still hopeless but USA ok.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon...

I'm in New Zealand as well and getting the same issue. Just new in the last day or so. Hope it will sort out in next few days.

EDIT: Kiwikid, i just set my vpn to Romania which is where I had an idea the servers are. The premium download was superfast as before. It must be an issue that New Zealand is experiencing.

I'm having a similar issue, in Australia, getting 1k/sec downloading. Access via my VPN and speeds are fine.

I've been getting really slow download speeds (like 300 bytes per second) the last few days. I don't think it's my computer/connection because I don't have speed problems on other websites. Testing it on my work computer today and the same problem. Anybody else experiencing this?

Hello sorry newbie here. So I purchased a premium, and tried to go to the forums on the site, however keeps telling me wrong password. Is this something that I don`t have access to or can someone maybe help me out?? Thank you so much in advance

The Premium Downloader's servers are in Germany and we use Cloudflare for content network delivery. It does seem like there is an issue between Cloudflare and some ISP(s) in New Zealand and Australia if so many of you guys are reporting slow speeds. Generally routing issues go away on their own after a while.
