Thank you Balatan. Anyone had luck in getting mods to work with Android auto on non-rooted Android 10 and 11 devices? Adb method didn`t work for me.

I went to Google play to download a virgin version (not patched) but the latest was:

There are many sites out there that let you download directly from Google play, just search if interested.

"Import POIs" does not work on versions 20.4.x and works correctly on previous versions 18.x

Copy .upi/.rupi and .bmp files directly into Sygic/maps/import. Do not copy folders.
Launch Sygic GPS navigation.
A wizard for import of custom POI will open after launch-----

How to restore backup from 18.x?
In the new 20.x is not the DB directory or the Items.dat file

Use Dropbox - tested, working.
- v. 18 - save settings & Pois
- v. 20 - restore

Can confirm, both v7a (in android 7) and v8a (android 10) working OK.
