This app uses the Device Administrator permission.
The reason is effective CAPTCHA (a feature to make sure you wake up in the morning) so you cannot avoid alarms by uninstalling the app during an alarm.

This is one great app. Just discovered it 2-3 days ago as I was testing and researching a heart rate chest strap belt I got (the Polar H10). Turns out it can do proper medical grade ECGs, measure HRV, and with the accelerometer, can be used to track movement and respiratory rate in this app.
Really good stuff when it comes to monitoring your body and health. With the obvious privacy caveats, of having so much of your actual medical data online... a fate that I feel is not going to be avoidable. It can even use the phone to record you snoring, which is comical to hear after you wake up, and document your movements through a sonar-like feature... which actually works.
Impressive. I have a feeling I'll end up buying this.
