Here working fine!
1. Uninstall previous version
2. Install SAI
3. Copy PicsArt.apk to Internal Card
4. Run SAI and point to PicsArt.apk then install
5. Enjoy

This is the first sai that would not install in a long time. So went back to previous version...but thanks anyway
