Missy the Werecat Series by P. G. Allison (8-12)
Requirements: epub/azw3/mobi reader, 1.5 MB
Overview: P. G. Allison has always loved stories about female characters with special powers (Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Bionic Woman, Batgirl) along with stories about witches and werewolves. The Missy the Werecat Series is about a girl growing up with no pack, no pride of other werecats and no Alpha; Missy is a girl with fantastic abilities doing great things in today's world, amongst humans. Other books in this paranormal, new adult, urban fantasy series have Missy going on to West Point and eventually serving in the Special Forces.
Genre: Sci-Fi/Fantasy

8. Missy Goes to Hong Kong - While busy at West Point, Missy continues helping her government friends deal with terrorists, mob wars and evil witches from overseas. But, with all that going on, maybe she’s picked the wrong time to take over the New England werewolf pack.
Of course, whenever anyone takes advantage of women, Missy will always step up. One thing will lead to another. Soon, she’ll need to develop yet another ability to handle everything and deal with all those aligned against her.
Fortunately, she also has all those friends helping her. Missy loves playing on a team and with their help, she just might manage to win. Even if that means going to Hong Kong to claim her victory.

9. Missy Goes to Annapolis - After her second year at West Point, Missy returns to her Special Forces A-Team in Afghanistan for summer training. That soon leads to her being deployed into Iran and Syria. Her boyfriend Mike tells her that’s getting a little too real since she’s not just training over there.
Then, for the first semester of her third year, she heads over to the Naval Academy to participate in the Service Academy Exchange Program. The idea is to make better leaders by promoting professional, academic and social experiences.
But there are those who have other ideas about her being there. Can she handle all the responsibilities the Fates have given her, hide all her supernatural abilities and cope with those who are planning to destroy her?

10. More Missy Adventures at Annapolis - Missy is halfway through her semester at the Naval Academy, and all is well. Or is it? Those mobsters she warned not to mess with her are ignoring her warning. Soon two of her friends will be dating spies working for those mobsters.
Meanwhile, over in Iran, the investigation continues as to how U.S. forces are somehow learning so many secrets and interfering with planned attacks. Eventually, that investigation will lead back to Missy. How will she choose to handle that?
And, what about that boundary which limits her ability to teleport? Will the Fates allow her to do even more? Can she somehow toil endlessly for good so there can be no peace for evildoers?
Of course, the really big question is: who will win the Army-Navy game?

11. Missy's Return to West Point - Missy returns to West Point after her semester at the Naval Academy. Things all seem to go nicely at first. Her mobster buddies are no longer causing problems. Things in the Mid-East are winding down and the U.S. will be withdrawing its troops later that year. Everyone is watching how the new administration in the U.S. will be handling things.
The transition team does have concerns, however. Once they discover supernaturals exist and how some of them have been helping defend the country, their initial reaction is to seek some rules for engagement. Missy is so powerful they consider her to be a weapon of mass destruction which must be controlled.
Then, the new Defense Secretary asks Missy to use her teleporting ability to do some more spying. What threats might there be from secret nuclear programs being carried out by their enemies? What will she find? And … what will she be asked to do about it?

12. More Missy Adventures at West Point - After dealing with a nuclear threat, Missy has earned the new Defense Secretary’s trust. Her life at West Point goes along well enough while she finishes up her third year. She does need to help some plebe girls who are getting harassed. Plus, she learns one of the congressmen with access to secret Intel is a spy.
The big question, however, is where will her summer assignment with the Special Forces take her, now that the U.S. troops are being withdrawn from Afghanistan?
With the nation deeply divided and its priorities less and less clear, Missy continues towards fulfilling her destiny as a woman-warrior-werecat-witch.
