Ask this question to the developers.

I checked the Google play listing and it doesn't include any of those permissions in its list. So these permissions must have been added on. For what purpose and by whom? This makes this post seem even more suspicious. Sounds like malware to me.

It's a skeleton of a game anyway. Nice engine but needs a lot more development.
