Yes, but MY point is I'm not sure I'm technologically-adept enough to understand how to USE the script (hint, I'm not lol!). So what I'm trying to do, in short, is trying to get somebody skilled enough to help me with the "plug-and-chug," if you will. Like, I give THEM the link, THEY give ME back the book. People don't seem to understand that is what I'm ASKING for. Can ANYONE *PROVIDE* that service, by any chance?

I think you should post the name of the book you want. Maybe it is somewhere on the Internet? Then there won't be any need to bother with this scribd stuff.

I can only speak for myself, but was looking for a free way to rip. To afford a scribd subscription plus a paid service to rip files isn't doable for me. The currency where I live isn't USD$ it ends up being expensive to afford both at the same time. Not to mention I couldn't install even the trial version of this program in my computer, don't know why :-/

JDownloader with a subscription works, I've used it before.
