Nope.
Other trick i went with -> i count the calories on everything. And stop when i reach my maximum per day. You lose weight over time if you work out normally and dont overendulge. Doesn't sound like a good trick but i lost like 10pounds in 6months.

"Keep healthy, fulfilling foods containing fibrous fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and smaller amounts of nuts/seeds/meat/milk & eggs helps alot to make sure you "feel" full after eating. Eliminate processed grains and sweeteners, chemical foods and foods containing trans fat. Training yourself to drink more water when hungry can feels like a form of hypnotising yourself, and it actually works. Finally, walk 30 minutes in a row each day, even if it's in your house. Choose to do more activity if desired.

My real problem starts with hunger pangs and acidity.
Trying to be healthy but the cost of fruits and veggies going up daily :shock:

IMO, no. I've lost about 40 lbs so far this year and calorie deficit is the thing. Figure out your "trigger" foods and find a way that you can make healthier swaps to eat those things, ie if you like a burger, make one with super lean meat and keto bread. Some medications like phentermine can also give you a running start with weight loss, but you have to speak to your doctor about that.

My Mum lost weight with the Paul Mckenna I can make you slim but she also dieted and exercised as well, however she said listening to the hypnosis helped her stick with her diet.

1. Avoid Bad Foods

My mother tried me on that as a kid. Basically just sat in dark in a doctor's office with a tape playing. Didn't work.

I don't believe hypnosis can help to lose weight. Exercise and a proper diet are what people need to lose extra weight and stay healthy.

This. Because our muscles are made of protein, our diet should consist primarily of it, in combination with carbos and fat (both in lower proportions compared to that).
