I use Yts.mx for movies. They don't do cam or stuff like that. It's usually web/Blu-ray quality. Very good quality.
For series I use eztv.to and piratebay. Mostly eztv, they have daily episodes released.
To track my tv series I use next-episode.net you can add what you watch and it will tell you when it's being released. You can tick off episodes you have watched. I've also found a lot other series on the site by clicking on genre of what I like, like mystery, crime etc. It's free to use. It doesn't tell you where you can download or offer downloads as it's a legit site.
