Whats the best Android Video Cutter & Joiner, Everyone???

Looking for a light video cutter & joiner that does minimal re-encoding just like the old
SMMVSPlitter on Windows

It doesnt have to have all the bells and whistles of a full editing suite, just quick and lite, please

Filmora is pretty decent so far. I`m new to video editing and such, but it`s available here on Mobilism.

mobile is not suited for long video editing, so short light apps are best!
