I have the same problem and have been unable to find a solution. I've tried 3 different browsers and disabled my malware blocker. I have also changed my antivirus and firewall and it has made no difference.

That's why I never renewed my premium account. It had no advantage without the Blue Arrow being guaranteed to work.
