Hi team, I purchased a yearly Premium account on 14 Dec 23 and it's not showing up on the platform, can you please help me activate it? Not sure who to send this to sorry.

Can you elaborate what you mean by not showing up? I checked and your subscription is active. If you're referring to the Android app, you probably just need to login. Click on any release, Premium Downloads, and enter your Premium login once prompted.
