Used the new reupload button a couple days ago where links were broken and noticed a WRZ charge for the requests. The details in the control panel show a "Releaser last online" time which was recent. I've checked a couple of times since then and the date/time changed but is the same for both ebook reupload requests. As nothing happened, I checked the posts again and it turns out that one is inactive and the profile doesn't even exist and the other has last been online in 2022.
There appears to be an issue with that field.
I don't know what the reupload button does in the background, but if the OP is considered inactive, it shouldn't charge for WRZ and report the request to MODs instead or post the "links dead, op inactive" message. It's a bit confusing to have multiple rules/steps for the same thing and to have to check the activity status of the OP to avoid getting charged for requests that go to nobody.
