I downloaded from Blokada`s website. It`s not coming up as an upgrade from my current version 3.7

I downloaded from Blokada`s website. It`s not coming up as an upgrade from my current version 3.7

It`s seeing version 4 as a fresh install. I got version 3.7 from F-Droid, and they haven`t pushed the v 4 update yet. Not saying it`s anything bad, just maybe it`s not the latest stable version..but I will definitely try it out.
