Check and make sure it`s installed to the main internal drive and not extended storage,
I have experienced this same issue and installing to main Storage fixed the issue. Good Luck!

Something similar to the below detail, Not too sure if it`s exact details ,as not on the shield ATM.
Settings/apps/cinemahd/storage/ and select move to internal main storage

That`s good news Mate! You could also try the latest hifi/spydog updated mod version. Much superior to the official release. If YOU DO? Make sure to fully uninstall the official release and install the Mod version below via the same procedure as internal. Good luck!.
