Best destroy your device then could start walking on its own your on a site for modded apps of course its gonna show up on virustotal its a virus cause the signature is changed plus upload it on some other scan site will give a difo result as well plus virustotal isnt even that trustworthy ud upload apps from the playstore and it would still say there a virus
